The success of Female Entrepreneurship.
BY:- SHREYA AGRAWAL
It is being assumed that by the end of 2025 if women entrepreneurship is supported as equally as male entrepreneurship it will add up to $12 trillion to GDP global economy. Female entrepreneurship is important and very crucial. Now why the female word is given so much of importance here? Well, given the biasness and prejudice regarding women all around the globe, the female word is bound to have more emphasis.
Globe was male dominant and we all are well aware about it. There is no debate to it but things surely changed and are still changing. Women empowerment is happening in every field and gender neutrality is taking place instead. It is now well understood by people that talent, potential and caliber sees no gender. Hence, seeing the dominance of Male earlier, women now should be more encouraged more than ever.
The equaliy is not so far because women are taking the front seat and taking the responsibility. Our founder Urvashi Lamba is one of them building a marketing agency "THE MARKETEERS HUB". Women owned over 20 percent of all micro, small and medium businesses across India compared to nearly 80 percent among men in financial year 2021. A long way to go still nonetheless we are making our way. The more women come forward the more gender gap will be reduced and the more we will support other women who aspire to dream and have the courage to make their dreams come true.
There has been a growing level of interest in female entrepreneurship in recent years. Initially, there was an awareness of the lower participation of women than men in the creation and growth of new enterprises. More recently, there is recognition that female entrepreneurship can have a positive impact on economic prosperity. The importance of female entrepreneurship to the economy as well as some of the additional hurdles faced by women starting a business such as finance, management skills, networking and confidence.

We have in us and we know it. But still our way is harder compared to men. There is hidden sexism that we face maybe each day, there is need to prove ourselves capable enough as compared to men. All these makes our journey a little filled with hurdles but it's all worth it because these will be eventually vanished if we go out there and achieve our dream of being entrepreneurs.
Not to forget that many has fought for themselves and eventually for all women. If yesterday it was about their own freedom today we actually got it because of them who fought for themselves. Be a entrepreneur or anything for that matter if you wish to and rise above all the prejudice.
